On August 25 at around 3 a.m., a masked thief entered the Hanuman Temple. He first prayed in front of the idol, as if seeking forgiveness, then quickly grabbed the jewelry from the deity and fled. The footage shows the thief asking for pardon before making off with the valuables.

Group of Six Behind the Crime

Reports say six people were involved in the theft. They arrived at the temple early in the morning, took the priest hostage, and stole the jewelry from the idol. The police are now trying to track down the culprits using fingerprint evidence.
