TV actress Deepika Kakkar took to Instagram to voice her anger, saying, “This isn’t an isolated incident. In India, there are 90 rapes every day. If we don’t speak up now, we’re just waiting for this to happen to us or someone we know.” Rashmi Desai also shared her grief, highlighting that even though the Nirbhaya case was over a decade ago, not much has changed since then.
