When her divorce case with her first husband Raja Chaudhary was going on, Raja allegedly gave more importance to his property than his daughter Palak Tiwari and abandoned his daughter for the sake of property. Shweta herself had also admitted this.

Shweta Tiwari’s first marriage happened at the age of just 18 years. She married actor Raja Chaudhary, who was 6 years older than her, in the year 1998. Later both became parents of daughter Palak. However, Shweta and Raja parted ways by getting divorced in the year 2007. Then Raja ignored his daughter Palak in exchange for a flat worth Rs 93 lakh.

In 2007, Shweta filed for divorce from Raja due to domestic violence. At that time, both Shweta and Raja owned a flat worth Rs 93 lakh in Malad, Mumbai. According to a Hindustan Times report, Shweta had to give that flat to her ex-husband Raja Chaudhary. But Raja had put a condition in front of Shweta.

The king left his daughter in exchange for property worth millions

After the divorce, Raja had told Shweta that he will transfer the Malad flat in his name. He also put a condition that he will not meet his daughter after the divorce because Shweta had got the custody of the daughter. Shweta had told in an interview that Raja had told her, ‘I will leave my daughter for the property, you give me the flat, I will divorce you.’
